Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services of RTPL Constructions & Engineering, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.
Services
RTPL Constructions & Engineering provides construction, interior design, renovation, and related services. The specific terms of each project will be outlined in individual contracts and agreements.
Project Agreements
Quotations
All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. Prices may be subject to change based on material costs and market conditions.
Contracts
A formal contract will be executed before the commencement of any project. This contract will outline the scope of work, timeline, payment schedule, and other relevant terms.
Changes and Variations
Any changes to the agreed scope of work must be documented in writing and may affect the project timeline and cost. Additional charges may apply for variations requested after contract signing.
Payment Terms
- A deposit of 20-30% is typically required before project commencement
- Progress payments are due as per the agreed schedule
- Final payment is due upon project completion and handover
- Late payments may attract interest charges
Warranties
We provide warranties on our workmanship as specified in individual project contracts. Manufacturer warranties apply to all materials and fixtures as per their terms.
Limitation of Liability
RTPL Constructions & Engineering shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, labor disputes, or material shortages.
Intellectual Property
All designs, drawings, and plans created by RTPL Constructions & Engineering remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, design rights transfer to the client for the specific project only.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to arbitration in accordance with applicable laws.
Site Safety
Clients agree to maintain safe access to the project site. RTPL Constructions & Engineering maintains all required safety protocols and insurance for construction activities.
Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice as per the terms specified in the project contract. Termination fees may apply depending on the stage of project completion.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in the relevant city.
